After reading Julie and Julia, about Julia Child and blogging, which I really liked, I read Julia Child's autobiography, My Life in France...great! Really recreates France after the War, the Cordon Bleu, her cooking activities and her general Joie de Vivre!...you will love it...

Also read The Art of Racing in the Rain...a dog who is about to die who thinks back about what he learned about humans...as the idea is after their deaths, dogs come back as humans....cried the whole way through...you will love this one too.
